Deputy Manager - Internal Audit - FMCG - CA

- Qualified Chartered Accountant from Food / Retail / FMCG Industry

- Participate in developing annual Internal Audit plan and Audit program

- Liaison with Internal Audit Business Partners, other Functions and ensure timely completion of audits

- Conduct Audits, Investigations, Special Internal Reviews including surprise audits, specific projects and compile draft report for discussion.

- Enterprise Risk Management: Participate in Risk Assessment / Refresh exercise, update risk library, monitor implementation of mitigation plan

- Be custodian of DOA, SOPs, RCMs and other company policies & guidelines

- Perform / liaison IFC testing, obtain corrective action plan, share test results with process owners and monitor implementation

- Prepare presentations & assist in organizing various management meetings

- Conduct awareness and training sessions on important company policies
