Education: BE/ PGDBM / MBA & Six Sigma Green / Black Belt
Industry: 3PL, Process Industry, Consulting, Manufacturing
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Should have a good hand on experience in 3PL / Manufacturing / FMCG environment
2. Should have excellent communication skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills & time management skills
3. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
4. Should have understanding on business financials
5. Strong Leadership, Project Management skills, hands on skills on Ms office
6. Hands on experience on Design Thinking approach, Innovation methodologies and approaches
7. Should be certified Six sigma Black or Green belt
8. Excellent understanding on TQM, Six Sigma, Lean and other continuous improvement tools and techniques
9. Should have formal experience of imparting training on innovation in organizations and should have taken at least 500 + hours of training and 100 + participants
10. Should be a self-starter and business driver
Job Description:
1. Driving the entire Continuous Improvement culture at MLL
2. Structure, mobilize and lead the delivery of significant programs or transformations that span across functions & verticals
3. Foster innovative ideas generation across functions, verticals and turn the most successful ones into practical pilots with Senior level sponsorship
4. Facilitate discussions, surveys, focus groups, and workshops to articulate vision, understand stakeholder needs, and gather input
5. Facilitate a constant dialogue of business challenges and opportunities into con-create executable opportunities to the external innovation community as well as translate external innovation opportunities into tangible solutions that business stakeholders are able to understand and embrace
6. Design, develop & execute the Innovation framework, model and form Innovation cell to solve business problems
7. Lead the implementation of major innovation initiatives, including establishing and ensuring strong program governance and process management in close collaboration with AFS Innovation cell and business partners
8. Collaborate with senior leaders, internal and external stakeholders to support effective program planning and execution.
9. Identify innovation opportunities develop proposals and scopes of work as required
10. Conceptual knowledge of information technologies and methodologies
11. Familiarity & hands on experience with Design Thinking approach, user research, user-centered design principles, process transformation, and data analytics
12 Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively with all levels of the organization (verbal, written and presentation skills)
13. Demonstrated strong problem solving and analytical skills
14. Work on special projects on process improvements, gross margin improvements, audits, management reporting etc
