Deputy Manager - IT/ERP

You will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP - Navision) systems that will optimize business processes and increase efficiency. Also responsible for identifying any issues that arise and developing solutions to fix them.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for IT Infra and ERP operations

- Implementation of Digital Strategy for the Group in phased manner, roadmap with the change management and working with developers on the FDDs for custom code in operations modules.

- Responsible for working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics NAV - (gather requirements, design solution, setup & configure, test & train, document & communicate, deploy & troubleshoot)

- Responsible for management of ERP Modules -Inventory, Accounting Module, Retail Management Module, financial Management module, Cold Storage/WMS module, Sales force Management

- Responsible for proper utilization of ERP implementation as per standards and tools/documents and provide time to time training to the users

- Responsible for import /export external bulk data into Dynamics NAV ERP system.

- Responsible & monitor for creation of master based on requirement i.e., Item card, Vender & Customer Master, Fixed Assets, tax group code, NOD/NOC, Tax Area, posting group setups and Structures.

- Responsible for maintaining all types of masters in ERP including Production & Assembly BOM with proper routing, Tax setup creation Batch, All templates creation, Document number series creation.

- Responsible for providing roles and permission to end user. Data port with Configuration Packages and xml port.

- Responsible for Onsite and on call Training/Support to All Super user & End users across units, retraining to existing users on new functionalities.

- Responsible for attending troubleshoot problems.

- Responsible for support to Plant for various issues in ERP Navision like, Rectification of wrong entry, Training & master related.

- Responsible for Support to the concern department regarding Audits in terms of documentation/ SoP's etc.

Qualification And Experience:

1. BCA or MCA or relevant qualification with Min. 9-10 years or more of overall experience in IT operations and ERP. MS Dynamics/NAV Installation, Functional Management and Support.

2. ERP implementation experience is mandatory.

3. PMP certification is desirable.

4. Hardware and Networking experience will be added advantage.

5. Willing to work in tight timelines and demanding environment.

6. Strong project management background.

7. Good knowledge of implementing various modules for ERP for FMCG Industry.

8. Handled IT team size across multiple regions.
