Education : MBA / MSW (full time)

Experience : Must have 4- 7 years of work experience in union management .

Role :

- Union Management.

- Statutory Compliance.

- Liaison with Government and Non Government Organisation.

- Grievance handling.

- Must have good understanding of labour laws and handled IR issues like Workmen Counselings & Disciplinary Inquiry/Action.
