Deputy Manager - Indirect Procurement

Required:

- Experience of 7-10 Years of experience in Indirect procurement

Category Expertise : Detailed in-depth knowledge of all Indirect categories including, Marketing (ATL, BTL), HR, GA, Travel, Logistics, IT etc. and related subcategories.

Job Responsibilities:

- Formulate Category & Subcategory Strategy.

- Must have knowledge of the vendor base for procurement across these categories.

- Hands-on experience and detailed knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management) module.

- Utilize SAP MM effectively to manage procurement processes, vendor relations, and procurement analytics.

- Expertise in leveraging SAP MM for spend analysis, supplier management, and contract management.

- Ability to customize SAP MM functionalities to align with procurement strategies and operational needs.

- Experience on E-tools - Ariba, M-Junction, TAP, etc. is an added advantage.

- Hands on experience of P2P operation from Vendor scouting, Negotiations, Onboarding, Contract Negotiations, Payments etc for all indirect categories

- Conduct RFI/RFP/RFQ & E-auctions for these categories.

- Lead end-to-end Negotiations with Suppliers to achieve the best Techno-Commercial value.

- Evaluate and improve contractual clauses for agreements in these categories.

- Lead operational & strategic Relationships with Suppliers.

- Manage relationships with Internal stakeholders across these categories.

- Perform Spend analysis (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly) across these categories.

- Identify Sourcing Opportunities such as Supplier base Rationalization and Spend/Saving forecasting.

- Define & Manage Supplier Network, business orientation & maintain supplier List across these categories.

- Assist in Periodic Supplier performance reviews across these categories.

- Define and manage performance Dashboards for consolidated purchasing performance in Indirect Categories Managed.

- Meet KPIs & Objectives set by the management.
