- Talent Acquisition
- Optimization of various sources
- Outsourcing & Contract administration
- Controlling entire recruitment process and maintenance of TAT
Principal Accountabilities:
- Recruitment
- Lead time control
- Using effective methodologies to bring down cost
- Ensuring smooth joining formalities
- Liasoning with recruitment agencies
- Pre employment medical check ups
- Reference check up
- Fitment and salary negotiation
- Offer & acceptance
- Ramp plan preparation and on boarding
- Should be MBA in HR
- 6 - 8 years of experience in the HR field, Experience in Telecom, IT, ITES, Hiring experience is a must and should be working in good reputed company.

- Good analytical abilities
- Good interviewing skills
