Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.

Experience : 2 to 4 years of experience, including at least one year of experience with a human resource management system (HRMS) or HRIS system.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Supporting various HR processes such as the onboarding process using HRMS, and coordinating with candidates for joining formalities.
- Maintaining and updating exit cases, leave balances, confidentiality forms, insider trading clearances, etc.
- Issuing various letters including visa letters, confirmation letters, and relieving letters.
- Initiating and coordinating background verification checks with BGV agencies, ensuring completion within SLAs.
- Tracking and updating leave records using timesheets and HRMS.
- Maintaining and updating databases regularly, coordinating with different departments for new hires and exits.
- Generating and maintaining various reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Managing records of retainers with certificates of practice, provisional certificates, and those yet to apply for provisional certificates.
- Performing routine tasks such as preparing new joiner personal files, filing relevant emails, and preparing employment letters.
- Coordinating with headquarters (HO) and branches as needed, managing calendars, data entry, and sharing details as required.
- Coordinating stamp papers, preparing retainer agreements, and filing acknowledged agreements.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Skills Required:
- Proficient to excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of the legal industry would be advantageous
