Responsible to :Sr. Manager HR (Talent Acquisition Lead & Overseas HR Operations)
Job Size :Individual Contributor.
Job Purpose :The incumbent is accountable for Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, HR Analytics, Vendor Management
Key Accountabilities:
1. Talent Scouting as per Business Needs & coordinating with Plant Teams & Consultants to bring right talent onboard.
2. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
3. Source applicants through online channels, such as Naukri, LinkedIn and other professional networks
4. Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
5. Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references and maintain back up for anticipating future needs.
6. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
7. Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
8. Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
9. Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records.
10. Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
11. Ensure smooth Onboarding process.
12. Manage Performance Appraisal and Promotional Cycles for associates in assigned business units.
13. Advise top management on appropriate employee corrective actions
14. Analysis on Attrition, Exit process TAT
15. Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential
Technical Qualifications & and Knowledge:
- 3-7 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
- Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
- Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
- Certifications of Data Analytics. Proven experience on MS excel, Power Point, Macros.
- MBA HR
