Position Name : Dy. Manager HR
Locations : Haryana
Qualification : MBA - HR / MSW (HR /IR&PM) - Fulltime.
OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hands on experience in handling Union matters like Charter of Demand, Grievance Handling, Domestic Enquiry etc.,
- Liaison with Department of Factories, Department of Labor, EPFO, ESIC & other Govt., departments.
- Compliance management and advising the company on the laws related to workers /employees..
- Performance appraisal and increment planning.
- Collaboration with the Corporate HR in training and development, talent management, labor management etc.
- Any other activity /responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Manager or Corporate HR team from time to time
