Good exposure in PMS software & SAP HR.

Good in Employee lifecycle management, Recruitment, L&D, OD, Employee metrics, exit formalities.

Job Description:

- Monitoring day-to-day personnel activity of the corporate office.

- Full employee lifecycle management From recruitment to separation.

- Employee performance appraisal management through PMS software, Monthly MIS, Policy preparation.

- Training and development activities, Training need identification, calendar preparation, execution and effectiveness.

- Prepare employee metrics, succession planning and development.

- Preparing MRM input, monthly and annual budget preparation.

- Stakeholders management, inter department coordination, CSR, ISO, TEE and TEI.

- Able to handle teams in multiple locations.

- SAP HR exposure, HR analytics and OD.
