Job Description:
- Employee Engagement: Design and execute an org wide employee Engagement dipstick process and questionnaire. Enabled businesses to identify and execute customized, relevant and measurable action plans. Conceptualized executive coaching program for critical people managers to improve their effectiveness. Introduce core team's (Leadership team at each SBU level) scorecards to sustain leadership commitment to employee engagement.
- Talent Management and Succession Planning: End-to-end management of high potential talent lifecycle at all three levels of management [junior, middle and senior management]. Conceptualize and implement the talent review process for high potential employees at Group level Drawing out development plans and managing the entire development process. Designing & implementing high impact and high-energy engagement plans. Instrumental in ensuring role movements and enlargements for identified talent members.
- Rewards & Recognition: Lead and execute the biggest recognition platform Play key role in streamlining SBU level recognition programs through recognition audit, best practice sharing and creating guiding document to ensure uniform and standardized employee experience.
- Performance Management: Involve in conceptualizing an Org wide Performance Management Process to enable a more effective review mechanism. (Creating awareness around the PMS and sensitizing stakeholders on effective implementation of the policy. Equipping supervisors on KRA setting, conducting appraisals etc.). Identified as a SPOC for the largest business and implemented the process along with Business HR.
- People Processes and Policies: Actively involve in policy revamp project. Carry bench marking study against leading Employers, present data analytic s and present final findings.
- HR Branding: Handle the branding and communication strategy of the department. (Introduced Tax Solution week, Help desk, HR SPOC model etc to create visibility around HR initiatives). Conceptualize initiatives towards culture building and people practices.
- Induction & On boarding: Responsible for re initiating induction program at a group level as well as for Executive positions in the organization which is a critical touch-point for a new joiner. Create robust process at each level to manage smooth employee experience. Successfully manage seamless implementation of the induction plans at executive level.
