Responsibilities:
- Performance Management - Articulating process for performance appraisal cycle, Liaison with Business to ensure that bell curve is followed. Partner with Business in finalization of promotions and progressions. Provide them with necessary data points
Employee Engagement -
- Drive various employee connect initiatives - Ensure two way communication between management and employees through regular communication meets at different levels
- Policies and Process - Responsible for Designing & Benchmarking Policies and process from time to time to meet current and future goals. Hands-on in developing and implementing policy and handbooks for standardisation of processes in the light of statutory norms.
- Human Resource Management Information System - create and maintained Monthly HR MIS giving management a bird's eye view of all the HR related information covering Manpower changes, Recruitment, Attrition, PMS, critical IR matters, Important HR matters, Training & Development.
