Purpose:

- Lead Human Capital Management Consulting projects, focusing on transforming elements such as HR strategy, HR Operations, Talent Management & Organisation Design.

- Plan, scope and shape the Human Capital Management elements of major projects and programmes

Responsibility:

- Accountable and responsible for supporting Human Capital Management processes and ensuring data integrity for the Group or local business units.

- Represents functional Subject matter expert to the Technology Platform team on the potential impact of system changes on Talent procedures and practices.

- Support the Group Talent Functional Lead in the UK in developing frameworks, process and tool implementation.

- Experienced in talent process - especially succession planning, talent review, and/or career development.

- Provide support to HCM team members located in UK on systems and data issues and assist on projects with systems impacts and regulatory related change requirements.

- Support team on a variety of HCM and organisational improvement tasks and projects with a primary focus of the people strategies associated with hiring, retention, performance management, compensation, and the application of HR policies.

- Help businesses grow by aligning their people strategy with business strategy, mobilising and managing their talent and measuring and building the effectiveness of the HR function.

- Advises on all aspects of HR service delivery and transformation, designs and implements effective workforce planning and talent management processes and tools.

- Owns and updates related project methodology & process documentation, and champions strong documentation practices.

- Mentor and manage others in a project team, review progress, identify gaps and provide improvement solutions.

- People management responsibilities include - planning, assessing and evaluating performance of team members with objectives discussed and agreed upon

- Adaptability, flexibility to changes in team and organisational dynamics

- Establish good working relationships across stakeholders
