Skills ( Must Have) :
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficient in PC skills and MS office applications (including power point and VISIO)
- Analytical and Presentation skills
- Should be a self starter
- Ability to work independently with less supervision including decision making
- Ability to get trained on HRO processes quickly and produce them as documents (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Good understanding of training methodologies
- Ability to interact with customers, 3rd parties effectively
- Knowledge of any HRO ERP (Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft)
- Ability to drive process improvements in HRO processes
- Knowledge of Quality tools, Change management and risk assessment
- Preferable to have team handling experience (2-3 years)
Job-Specific : Technical Competencies :
- Knowledge of any HRO ERP (Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft)
- Good understanding of all the tracks of HRO (like On boarding, EDM, Payroll, Benefits etc)
- Good understanding of employee life cycle (i.e.) end to end of workflow in HRO
- Should be able to interact with the client SMEs, understand the processes and document them
- Work with the SMEs to have documented processes signed off and train others on the processes
- 2 resources with experience in US HRO domain.
- 2 resources with experience in Europe HRO domain.
- 2 resources with experience in UK/Canada HRO domain.
Experience : 6-9 years experience in the area of HRO in the US, Canada, UK and Europe GEOs.
Job Description :
- Need to interact with multiple stake holders of both Client organisation and Wipro
- Need to interact with 3rd parties and vendors on need basis
- Work very closely with the client SMEs and document the process
- May be required to train resources based on the processes that were documented
- Drive process improvement, transformations using in-depth knowledge and experience in the HRO domain and analytical skills
Security Roles & Responsibilities :
- Updates himself regularly with Company policies on Information Security Management System.
- Adhere to Information Security Policies of the Company.
- Report any Security Incident that is observed.
- Ensure clearance of all Security and Compliance related Training's and Certifications.
- Cooperate with Compliance and Security officers with Security Investigations.
- Keep Company's and Customer information confidential and not disclose to unauthorized individuals and outsiders.
- Help Managers maintain secure environment at work.
