Hiring for Deputy Manager HR Operations & Compliance for Large Manufacturing Company based in Mumbai. MBA (2 Years Full time) with 5-7 years of experience in HR Operations (Payroll, Compliance, HRMS) managing both contractual and full-time employees, Hand-on experience in Statutory & Labor Law Compliance.

Employee On-boarding :
- Complete the confirmation process & prepare the confirmation letter post the probation evaluation of all new joiners after 6 month of joining
- Submit all the completed forms along with required check list details
Employee Transfer:
- Arrange to get the transfer form signed by all the concerned authorities
- Prepare the transfer letter and forward to the concerned employee
- Inform the MDM team with all the required check list details, i.e. creation of position id, and mapping the position against the reporting Manager
- Transfer reimbursements
Employee Off-boarding :
- Complete HR related exit formalities for such as F&F process, service and experience letters, coordination for Gratuity Payment (where applicable) according to policy.
- Complete the superannuation formalities for the retirees and send to the employee 3 months prior to the date of retirement.
Mediclaim Management :
- Consolidation of employee data from all locations during renewal process
- Prepare monthly addition/deletion for Mediclaim and GTL
- Solve queries on day to day basis, premium working, dispatch cards and preparing invoices in SAP
- Follow-up with New India Assurance Company / Medi Assist regarding claims
- Coordinate with Medi Assist for annual health checkup of Mumbai based employees
Consultant Management :
- Monthly salary payments of consultants/retainers- booking in SAP and follow for payments
- Renewal of contract letter for Consultants after getting approval from designated authority.
Expat Management :
- Prepare contract letters, VISA management, FRRO and processing of claims
MIS Preparation :
- Prepare & maintain MIS related to all the above activities on real time basis Statutory Compliance & Audit
- Responsible for Statutory & Labor Law Compliance
- Manage all submission to the authorities for PF, Gratuity, Payment of Bonus
- Liaison with PF authorities to manage PF related activities of employees of Corporate & branches.
- Handle PF activities and queries of employees of Corporate & branches.
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for all audits and work with Corporate HR team members for HR compliance documentation, process and audits.
Payments :
- Responsible for recruitment related Payments: Interview travel expense, relocation & transfer expenses of new joinees, Medical test expenses
- Payments related to Placement Agency & all other Vendors
- All other payments related to employee engagement & training activities
- Sodexo voucher payment and reconciliation on monthly basis
Training Coordination :
- Coordination of Training program
- MIS of Training Programs conducted and of the employees attended
Miscellaneous :
- Generate vendor code for interns and issue internship letters
- Provide successful completion of internship letters to candidates
- Employee letters /Visa letters etc.
