Job Description:
- Responsible for internal customer delight and satisfaction
- Responsible for working as Business Partner with the Operations rather than just a support function.
- Responsible for Human Resource activities which include Recruitment, Employee Care, Career Path for employees, Policies and processes, statutory compliance and Data Management.
- To hire the best talent as per JD fitment and within the budget
- To build the shortlisted profiles pool to meet the future requirements
- To drive the employee engagement activities to increase retention and ESAT
- To ensure the timely completion of the PMS process for all the employees
- To conduct ESAT surveys and work towards increasing the ESAT score
- Responsible for designing of HR policies and processes
- Responsible for handling the Employee Grievances
- To do the coordination with Training & Payroll Admin. to ensure the completion of all the employee related activities
- Play an advisory role towards the top management about internal development that is likely to effect the reputation of the organization.

Educational Qualifications :
- MBA/PGDBM (Specialization in HR) /MPM
- Knowledge of Labor laws is desirable
4-7 years of experience in handling the HR Operations preferably in BPO (Employee strength : 1500+)
- At least 1 year working as Assistant Manager-HR in the last assignment
- High degree of Process and People orientation
- Good knowledge of MS - Office- (Excel, Power point, Word) & HRIS
- Strong Analytical skills
