- Talent Acquisition
- Onboarding
- Partner with the business to drive HR interventions of Goal Setting, PMS Review, Career Paths. Ensure strong regular connects with Superiors, Peers and Subordinates as well as internally and externally.
- Assist in various OD related projects, Automation projects, audit, etc
- Visit Plants and Market Place to get voice from the ground and conduct contact program
- Stakeholders and Team management
- MIS & Reports
Desired Profile:
- Manufacturing industry experience, preferably in a BHR Role
- Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and digital communication.
Qualification: MBA from Tier1 or 2 institutes
