Job Description :
- Preparation of HR Dashboard and Annual HR Reports for management.
- Preparation of Recruitment Dashboard, Sourcing SLA, Cost per Hire, TAT Analysis, Ageing Analysis reports
- Preparation of Headcount Analysis, comparison of budgeted headcount against actual headcount.
- Attrition analysis and forecasting basis the trends.
- Analysis of Training budget and costing
- Preparation of Reward and Recognition Dashboard, Exit Interview Report and various analysis for the HR Business Partners
- Preparation of periodic analysis on HR statistics
- HR database management
