Deputy Manager - HR Analyst
HR Analyst responsibilities include measuring retention and turnover rates, helping create hiring plans and compensation and benefits packages. Should have a knack for identifying trends, drawing useful conclusions and recommending solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Gather benchmark data about jobs, compensation and benefits.
- Map out salary ranges for open positions.
- Calculate retention, turnover and internal mobility rates.
- Report on key recruiting metrics like time to fill and hiring costs.
- Assist hiring managers in designing hiring and training plans.
- Forecast costs by department and help create budgets.
- Analyze employees- answers to internal surveys (like job satisfaction surveys)
- Assess results from our employee performance reviews.
- Identify top reasons why candidates and employees choose to work with the company and recommend areas of improvement for Co's HR procedures.
Qualification And Experience :
I. MBA in HR with 5+ Years of experience in the related areas such as job classification and compensation, performance, recruitment, selection, training, employee benefits, and/or equal opportunity compliance preferred.
II. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
III. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
IV. Thorough understanding of local & state laws involving employment, HR, and HR policies.
V. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
VI. Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS, payroll, and similar employee management software.
