Deputy Manager - Growth Analyst - eCommerce

We are hiring Growth Analysts for one of the renowned and fatsest growing fintech :

Requirements:

- You are a dynamic problem solver, driven by a passion for data and the compelling narratives it reveals.

- Constantly challenging the status quo, you possess a keen ability to understand and navigate its complexities.

- 3-5 Years of experience working as Growth Analyst/Business Analyst in an e-commerce or similar domain (Mandatory).

- Graduates/Post Grads from Tier 1/2 colleges with Engineering, Management/ Finance background are preferred.

- Strong working knowledge in SQL, Excel and visualization tools like Looker, Tableau.

- Understanding of Data-analysis languages like R/Python in core Statistical Concepts is expected.

- Support the development, execution and optimization of growth campaigns across various channels to enhance user acquisition, engagement and retention.

- Familiar with CRM platforms like Clevertap/Mo-engage.

- Develop and implement sophisticated customer segmentation strategies to personalize marketing efforts, enhance targeting accuracy, and drive impactful engagement.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Business, Finance, Product, Tech to ensure alignment and drive growth initiatives.
