Deputy Manager - General Merchandising - Home & Kitchen Segment

NPD (New Product Development) who will be developing Private Label products for General Merchandise category. Product includes Cookware, Non-stick, hard anodized products, Steel Utensils, Cutlery and so on in metals specifically.

1. Candidate should be having a very good knowledge of developing products like Non-Tawa, Kadhai, Frypan, Steel utensils and other metal cookware in steel, copper, Etc.

2.Candidate should understand the open costing working of these products and what is the coating on the products and how the production works.

3. Candidate must have developed products and know in-depth production processes and open costing how needs to be done with vendor.

4. Candidates from the campuses should have the material knowledge for developing the cookware and other metallic kitchen products. Also, having production process knowledge to develop products in bigbasket.

5. Candidate should be a self-starter and have good analytical skills on excel.

6. Number oriented and can work with exhaustive excel data.

Additional Requirements :

- Prior experience General Merchandise Home & Kitchen category

- Proven track record in independently handling NPI for Home & Kitchen projects.

- Stakeholder management: Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive the project forward.

- Business acumen and decision making: Strong orientation for learning and quickly grasp

- Business nuances. Ability to take decisions based on sound data analysis and business understanding.

- Customer Centricity: Puts the customer experience paramount to all other considerations

- Problem solving: Deal with complexity and unstandardized processes to come up with quick scalable solutions to problems

- Data orientation: Should be able to build an approach to solving problems through data first

MUST HAVES :

- Minimum 4yrs experience experience General Merchandise Home & Kitchen category

- Proven track record in independently handling NPI for Home & Kitchen

- Less than 30days notice only

- Should be ok to work from Office
