Deputy Manager - Financial Reporting - Financial Captive

We are hiring for a leading Financial Captive based in Mumbai.

Role details are:

- Ensure the preparation of annual statutory accounts in line with accounting standards, encompassing any new accounting frameworks and/or standards for various entities within the Group and liaise with external auditors.

- Provide financial control of the UK entities in line with the group framework, to perform reconciliations where the team have responsibility and to review reconciliations from the wider finance department

- Monthly postings into the accounting system as required to form a complete set of accounts.

- To ensure month end reporting is completed inadequate time to produce returns to the regulator and perform quarterly reviews prior to the regulatory returns being completed.

- Review and development of processes and procedures to accommodate business changes.

- Providing input from a statutory accounts perspective into projects and implementing proposals.

Requirements:

- Qualified CA with min 5 years of post qualification experience

- Strong experience in financial reporting

- Working knowledge of accounting standards
