Deputy Manager - Finance - ICWA - Consumer Durable

Position Summary:

- Plant Controller for ensuring correct accounting, improving productivity, working on capital projects etc.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

- Managing end to end responsibilities for plant accounting reporting to CFO.

Desired characteristics:

- Working with plant manager to ensure timely submission of plan/ forecast/ budget

- Costing of products based on standard costing and comparisons with plan etc.

- Working closely with manufacturing team to drive the targets

- Developing creative reports to get deeper insight in the factory and operations

- Define, identify and track appropriate metrics, KPIs and associated drivers to track the performance of plant.

- Support in projects, capital spending, contract evaluation etc.

- Drive financial review of new products.

- Control on inventory, productivity, utilization matrix

- Worked on SAP or any other ERP system

Qualifications:

- ICWA with 8-12 years of exp.
