Position Name: Deputy Manager Finance & Commercial

Location: Kolkata/Angul/Waidhan

Qualification : CA/ICWA/MBA

Experience : 2 to 6 Years of experience in coal mining/ power industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

- To Plan, formulate and direct implementation of the financial and commercial strategy for Mines and also

- Cost Management: Ensure business operations are carried out by optimal utilization of resources within the planned cost parameters.

- Accounts & Commercial: Direct accounts and commercial activities for all mines

- Contract Management: Lead & review the implementation of contract management within the targeted cost, time frame and operational requirements.

- Establish benchmarked business processes for achieving value and cost advantage

- Risk Management: To ensure & monitor risk management holistically for all mining location Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) : To implement ERM processes to achieve the mining business objectives

- Compliance with Commercial Laws and Taxation: Monitor Indirect Tax services & ensure compliance to all commercial and taxation rules & regulation to safeguard the companys interest.

- Business Strategy and Planning & Budgeting: Contribute towards finalization of business strategy and review and provide guidance to finalize rolling operational & capex plan for the departments in coordination with the concerned Heads & prepare annual budgets
