About our Client: Our client is a European MNC and a market leader in the pharma industry. They are mainly into research related products and have been steadily growing in India. Focused on employee growth they are now liking for a manager finance as a succession planning for the Head Finance.

Job Description : As the Deputy Manager Finance you will report into the Head Finance and be responsible for Financial Management related to generation of financial statements and review of period end results & commentaries

- Accounting Control which includes monitoring budgets, assisting set-up and maintenance of accounting & control requirements for business

- Implementation of all Company accounting policies and procedures, maintaining Group reporting categories in budgets

- Identification of needs and opportunities for maintaining an updated Pay-roll software and ensuring correct tax-deduction at source with Form-16 requirements

- Generation of monthly Income Statements, Budgetary control reports & other MIS in accordance with Group requirements

Direct taxation:

- Ensuring compliance, liaisoning with Tax Advisor & local tax authorities

- Independent vetting of legal documents from all departments and drafting of relevant legal documents

The Successful Candidate:

- Your are a qualified chartered accountant with 5+ years of experience. You are well versed with all finance functions and are capable of leading the finance team of a mid sized business.

- You come with excellent communication skills and have managed senior stakeholders from outside the country.
