Deputy Manager - Finance - CA/ICWA - Automobile OEM

We are looking for Deputy Manager - Finance with a leading automobile OEM based at Delhi / NCR.

Education : Qualified CA /ICWA

Experience : 4-6 Years post CA /ICWA

Roles :

- Employee payments process (Salaries, LTC, Medical, Travelling etc) and related aspects.

- Accounting for Employee payments. Coordination with Actuary for valuation of Leave, Gratuity liabilities etc.

- Ensuring TDS and other regulatory compliances related to Employee payments.

Must have :

- Good knowledge of statutory regulations relating to Employee Payments

- Experience of working in ERP system.
