Deputy Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA

Female Qualified CA with a minimum of 3+ years of post-qualification experience is urgently required.

Purpose:

To provide efficient service to internal and external customers and meet the high standards of the company and change dynamically.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Direct Supervision and validation of the Company's Taxation and Company Law Compliance.

- Calculation and filing GST, TDS and Income Tax Returns.

- Coordinating with Company Secretary for all Company Law-related matters and due compliances.

- Lesioning With Tax Authorities for different tax issues and assessments.

- Liaise with external Tax consultants on all direct and Indirect taxation-related matters.

- Coordination of statutory audit & Tax audit for the company, ensure timely completion of the same.

- Monthly provision & Prepaid accounting

- Undertake GL scrutiny of the current assets, current liabilities & Expenses accounts

- Co-operate & coordinate all outside customers in concern to Taxation.

- Deliverables should be in a timely manner, with utmost accuracy.

- Timely & quality finance reporting deliverables as per Group financial reporting standard.

PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

- Timely calculation and payment of all direct and Indirect tax including withholding tax, GST, and Profession tax.

- Timely accurate filing of returns, and forms with tax authorities.

- Prepare and review Foreign tax withholding compliance.

- Liaison and follow-up with Tax consultants for advice/opinion on tax matters.

- Liaison with Company Secretary for filing of required forms, Completion of Statutory records with regards to Company Law.

- Assist in the Completion of Statutory Audit and Tax Audits with minimum audit entries.

- Assist in monthly Group reporting and reconciliation.

- Assist in budget preparation and review.

- Develop process improvement to enhance accuracy and time-saving.

- Review accounts payable for due tax compliance.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

- Female Chartered Accountant with 3+ years of post qualifications experience in handling similar activity with mid-sized Company

TECHNICAL SKILLS

- Worked with Accounting software, Microsoft Navision is added advantage.

- Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel, PowerPoint.

- Fluent spoken and written English with one or more other main languages a strong plus.

- Able to thrive within a high-pressure, quota-driven environment.
