Deputy Manager - Engineering - Railway Products/Pantograph

- Looking for an Dy Manager Engineering to handle complete design, development and validation for Railway products. Candidate would be responsible within the company for prototype development, homologation and customer approval till series production supply starts.

- Release of component / manufacturing drawings for all parts produced or assembled in our facility

- Develop & implement manufacturing methods, techniques and processes which ensure we exceed customer requirements for quality, cost, delivery and development responsiveness / lead times. Cost management will be critical during this activity.

- Coordinate with India and overseas clients

- Strategically negotiate pricing, terms & conditions and manage contracts, agreements, renewals and the pricing policy.

- Technical complaint resolution is key to customer satisfaction.

Candidate profile -

Exp : 10 - 15 Years

- B Tech / M Tech candidate with min 6 yrs into complete lifecycle of design, development and release after testing

- Any engineering company background is okay ( Pantograph or Railway parts preferable)
