Profile : Deputy Manager - Direct Tax

- Provision for tax and advance Tax workings of various group companies/entities.

- Preparation of Tax Audit Reports, MAT Certificates, Transfer Pricing Certificates etc. in co-ordination with accounts department/auditors.

- Income Tax computations of various group companies/entities and finalisation of the income tax returns including feeding of the data on income tax portal/designated software.

- Preparation of reply to the queries raised by the income tax department and details required in connection therewith.

- Preparation of appeals, rectification applications etc. and filing thereof with the Income Tax authorities on various matters under IT Act.

- Represent the companies/entities before IT Authorities and regular follow up with them for getting various works done from them.

- Preparation and filing of TDS/TCS returns and other returns required to be filed under IT Act.

- Regular interaction and co-ordination with other departments within the group for timely and effective completion of the works assigned.

- Prompt and proper reply to the queries raised by other departments on various income tax related matters.

Skill & Experience :

- Working experience with similar profile in Manufacturing Domain.

- Hands on experience in excel and good knowledge of SAP.
