Deputy Manager (Delivery) - US Staffing
- Experience in US recruiting business, managing teams & holding revenue generating role.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the Recruitment.
- Familiar with Employment terms like Corp-Corp, W2, 1099
- End to End Recruiting experience.
- Follow up with Clients and Candidates till final placement
- Involvement in total recruiting process from getting requirements, sourcing the right candidate, arranging technical interview, rate negotiations till closing the deal.
- End-to-End Marketing the consultant.
- Sourcing candidates using Job Boards like Monster, Dice, Techfetch etc..
- Involved in posting jobs and sourcing the right candidates for the suitable requirements.
- Excellent search and strong resume tracking skills
- Successful track record in Technical Recruitment and Team Management.
Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:
1. MBA / Graduate with 8- 10 years Experience in recruiting for US Job openings & working in a professional environment- Outgoing with strong verbal and written communication skills
2. General knowledge and understanding of full cycle recruiting
3. Must have at least 3 years of experience team management role in the US Staffing Industry.
4. Well versed with the US IT Staffing terminologies like W2, Corp-Corp, 1099 and visa types like H1b, EAD, GC, TN Permit & OPT/CPT.
5. Must be able to comprehend about various technologies like Java/J2ee, .NET, QA, DBA, ERP etc.
6. Should have past record in generating starts/revenues proportionate to the team size.
7. Ability to interface with Account Manager & Fulfilment Managers.
8. Proven Leadership qualities with go getting nature is a must to have skill.
9. Should be able to resolve issues within the team and the client managers.
10. Should be able to recruit & provide training for the new team members.
11. Highly motivated and dynamic
12. Experience in training other team members in recruiting
13. Excellent team lead
14. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word)
15. Have strong attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational and documenting skills
16. Ability to work well independently as well as within a team
17. Possess superior time management and problem solving skills
