Position : Deputy Manager - Debt Structuring and Distribution

Location : Delhi

Qualification : MBA/CA

Job Description :

- Assisting clients in raising debt finance from Debt Capital Market and Bank Loan Market .

Project appraisal :

- Transaction structuring with term sheet and financial model as key deliverables

- Preparation of information memorandums and pitch presentations

- Approaching potential Lenders / Investors (Banks, NBFCs, Mutual Funds, Life Insurance Cos, Provident Funds, Pension Funds, Infrastructure Debt Funds etc.)

- Document negotiation with Lenders / Investors.

- Soliciting participation and addressing their queries

- Obtaining credit rating for the transaction structure, applicable for a capital market instrument

- Facilitating documentation and disbursement.

Key Skills Required:

- Backround in Power & Renewables and Road sector is must.

- Project finance, Structured Finance, Project appraisal, transaction structuring, financial modelling, documentation,Distribution.
