The position is assigned the task of managing the prepaid subscriber base. It contributes in development & execution of organization's strategy to achieve its revenue target & subscribers base market share. It plays a crucial role in running day to day data business operations
Key Result Areas :
- Responsible for 4G, 3G & 2G Mobile Internet Pack Sales
- End to End Responsibility of Mobile Internet Data Packs (Configuration, UAT, Sales & MIS)
- Designing Data Plans as per Market Requirement.
- Work along with the sales teams in designing promos to increase data subscriber penetration.
- Ensure compliance to statutory / process norms.
- Responsible for driving penetration of 3G Packs to 3G enabled Handsets
- Design and drive handset bundle offers at circle level.
- Responsible in Increasing Data Usage per with without reducing RPM.
- Drive marketing innovation to support incremental revenue opportunities
- Manage marketing upselling through Chordiant & RA
- Manage Product Performance - proactively track the product performance of various product lines and drive revenue and Data subscriber growth
- Oversee the timely management of product-related legal, tariff, and regulatory issues
