Work format: 6 days a week with weekly off as per roster.

Job Description:

- Handling HNI clients and introducing the project to them via face to face meetings and marketing activities

- Managing the customer's account and handling all documentation related to the property.

- Conceptualizing & implementing competitive strategies for HNI- s, developing and expanding market share towards the achievement of revenue & profitability.

- Preparing North Indian market report for top management on competition analysis and preparedness to face the challenges on daily calls

- Develop competencies in the team to create an effective & efficient organization.

- Conceptualizing and implementing result-oriented business development plans for achieving top and bottom-line and ensuring profitability.
