Essential Experience/Qualities :

- Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) from reputed institute

- Experience: Around 7 to 10 years exp in Credit Rating Agencies / Credit team of Banks, NBFCs or Financial Institutions.

- Salary: 13 LPA to 18 LPA

- Location: Andheri (E), Mumbai.

- Position title: Deputy Manager- Business Finance

- Reporting to: Sr. VP / AVP - Business Finance & Treasury

Business Finance Role :

- Preparation of Brief report / Credit Note on the customers to facilitate decision making on suitable funding options for the respective case.

- Deal placement with Funding partners to seek prima facie interest & appetite for the deal.

- Facilitating & coordinating Funder <-> Customer calls and working closely with Sales team to resolve funder queries and information required.

- Comparing draft contracts to ensure that the final draft negotiated has been executed.

- Brief report / MIS on specific customers/ topics/ cases as required by Management.

- Preparation of Detailed Credit Evaluation Report at the time of internal signing of MRA. Report includes details of the company including its background, product portfolio, Group structure (if any), details of Immediate holding company (if any), background about Promoters, Detailed Financial Analysis outlining Strengths & Risks

- Monitoring the various leads / enquiries received on company website and co-ordinating with respective stakeholders to appropriately allocate the same.

- Reviewing data from ROC to ascertain business done by Competitors.

The incumbent is expected to have following skillsets :

- Significant exposure to credit evaluation and analysis (wholesale)

- Strong analytical skills with a good sense of numbers

- Excellent knowledge of finance & proficient in English (written & verbal)

- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise important work

- Well verse with MS Office (Excel, Word & Power point)

- Ability to work in the team

- Be agile in problem solving.
