Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition of critical roles
- Handling performance management system
- Conducting training need analysis basis business goals, drive training programs and analyze ROI
- Planning and organizing recognition initiatives
- Proactively supports the delivery of HR processes
- Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
- Designs and maintain organization vitality charts of the performance of business unit
- Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions
- Manages and leads a team of HR consultants
Functional Skills Required:
- Should have strong business orientation and ability to translate business needs to HR solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Personal Attributes Required:
- Strong analytical skills and need for attention to detail
- Strong execution and project management skill
Qualification - MBA (HR)
Preferred Age - 22 - 26 years
Experience - 2-3 years experience in HR domain
Salary Range: 8-10 LPA
