International Hiring & Comp & Benefits Deputy Manager - Manufacturing
The incumbent will be responsible for end to end recruitment and compensation and benefits for their hiring requirement at International locations including JVs, Subsidiaries etc.
Key Responsibilities :
- The incumbent will be responsible for International hiring for the company.
- Handle international hiring or all levels for offices at South Africa ,Tunisia , Senegal , London etc
- Liason with consultants and vendors
- Will be responsible to design and implement the compensation and benefits for their global hiring recruits
- Will ensure that the C&B support the organisation from a strategic and compliance perspective
- Work with senior leadership to prepare analysis and compensation related policies
- Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation about human rights and pay equity.
- Keep track of prevailing pay rates
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualified PGDBM - HR/ MBA - HR from a premier college
- Atleast 6-8 years of post qualification experience
- Prior experience of managing International hiring mandatory
- Prior experience of managing Global Compensation & Benefits mandatory
- Should be familiar with labour laws and compliance of few countries
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Proven experience in information and communication management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Discretion with confidential information
- Time management
