Job Title/Designation : Deputy Manager HR - Compensation and Benefits
Job Location : Mumbai (Thane)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling compensation and benefits for Senior Management across the group company and providing End-To-End HR support for Senior Management.
- Analyzing benchmarked survey data for Senior Management level and to ensure internal & external parity in compensation and Benefits.
- Designing the compensation structure of the new incumbents.
- Responsible for Annual Merit Salary Increment for Senior Management.
- Restructure the current compensation process across the group company.
Qualifications:
- Graduate (any discipline).
- MBA/PG in Human Resource is a must
- Experience: 3 to 7 Years in Corporate HR
