A Leading Realty Brand is looking for a Deputy Manager - Commercial Transactions
Business: The AM's primary responsibility will include developing and managing the Realty business in his region.
Manage Commercial and Retail transactions as well as Land transactions for their territory. This will involve leasing as well as outright transactions
- Visiting Corporates, institutions, retailers for generating demand.
- Corporate Marketing - to tap corporate client for generating deals.
- He/She has to define and achieve targets for himself and his territory.
- Going for site visits and closing deals.
- Monitoring Sales/ Marketing/ Business Development Operations
- Developing relationships with Builders and brokers to ensure tap supply.
- Develop and maintain client relationship, enable smooth co-ordination to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
- Negotiation/Deal finalization & monitoring day today activity for ensuring proper documentation related to deal.
- Look after collection & receivable management.
- Manages relations with the Marketing team to ensure enough leads, generates own leads through the team & also ensures leads through references
- Will report into Territory Manager - Realty
