Position : Deputy Manager Sales

Location: Hyderabad

- Deliver above market sales growth with Dealers/ Wholesalers in the region

- Lead dealers and wholesalers business

- Develop relationship with top contractors served by dealers and support growth and participation

- Manage adequate inventory and visibility at dealers / wholesalers outlets

- Upgrade product display, logistics, sales & technical staff, housekeeping at dealers/ wholesalers outlets

- Develop and execute sales plans

- Proactively communicate customer, market and sales plan changes internally

- Candidate should be preferably from the cold chain industry / refrigeration background

- Consultative selling Acumen

- Excellent sales and technical skills

- 4-15 years working experience in the commercial refrigeration design and selling
