Deputy Manager - Budget Control & MIS

- Prepare the MIS of the company, analyze the financial statements and provide the proper information for decision making. Preparation and control of the annual budget of the company.

- To coordinate the annual OPEX budget process.

- To coordintate the budget upload in the ERP and the additional budget requests.

- To prepare the monthly MIS of the company and present it to the Top Management.

- To analyse and explain the variations against the budget, with the inputs provided by the different stakeholders.

- To coordinate the annual Capex budget process.

- To monitor and control the budget categorywise. Raise an alarm when the actual expenses are exceding the budget.

- To support cross-function al teams with any adhoc financial analysis or report,such as the Business plans,annual budget and forecast during the year.

- To answer any queries from the different stakeholders about the budget and actuals
