Trade Finance & Supply Chain _DM to AVP Grade

BSG team plays a very critical role in BSG Unit to design and implement solutions catering to MSME, Emerging Corporates, Large corporates encompassing non-funded, Funded exposures & remittances.

This is an important position comprehending Banking solution pertaining to the entire Wholesale Banking Unit of the Bank and requires domain expertise in the Trade (Domestic and Foreign) & Supply Chain Finance Business processes including payment modes like SWIFT, RTGS/NEFT etc.

Key Responsibilities:

- To possess complete ownership of the Business Requirements/Solutions for any new Business initiative or customizations in the existing solutions

- To review Functionality Specifications documents vis- vis Business requirements

- To take complete ownership of functionality testing of Wholesale Banking systems

- To design process flow changes, in partnership with Operations and other Units

- To take ownership of resolution of all functional issues/bugs in the systems

- To address impact of regulatory changes on the system functionalities and ensure compliance

- To interface with Regulators/Audit/Compliance with regards to explaining the system functionalities

- To have regular strategic interactions with Technology partners/vendors with respect to system functionalities, product roadmap, technology trends etc.

Qualifications:

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

- Graduation/Post Graduation with relevant project management / system implementation experience with strong domain knowledge of the Trade finance and Supply Chain Business functions/processes

- Almost 8 to 10 years' experience in Banking industry, preferably working as business analysts.

Role Proficiencies: For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:

Knowledge:

- In depth knowledge of various Trade Finance products (Import, Export, LC, BG, Bills, Remittances etc) and Supply chain Finance.

- Conversant with FEMA, UCP 600, ISBP, URR 725, URC 522 guidelines.

- Relevant Banking domain/techno-functional knowledge of interfaces/integrations/underlying business processes

- Hands on experience and knowledge of

1) Workflow Management system (DMS)

2) FINCACLE application - Modules, Maintenances, Accounting entries associated with Trade Finance vertical.

3) SWIFT application (All message type)
