Job Description
Job Purpose:
- To ensure process audit of all manufacturing locations (including SCUs), monitoring quality related works and constant support to Head R & D on all development works.
Responsibilities, Accountabilities and main duties:
- Taking care & guiding QA Activities of all SCU and NPM incoming material analysis,
- In process checking and finished product analysis
- Daily monitoring of process parameters data received from all SCU,NPM and Addressing
- Quality / Process related issues
- Weekly product evaluation and monthly reports of all finished products manufactured from all units
- Coordination / conducting bulk trials of new pkg materials and commercial production
- Conducting Hygiene Audits, Quality audits for all the SCUs and NPM in regular interval
- Conducting Quality related training to all the SCU;s, Nkpm
- Handling Consolidation and CAPA report for customer complaints with relevant manufacturing location
- Coordinating in Cost saving activity
- Raw material and Packing material Vendor audits
- Continuous Study, Review, standardisation of same products manufactured at different mfg units
- Liason with new flavour houses for existing products and new products.
