Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager - Growth Marketing - eCommerce

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for acquisition and activation of Soundbox and QR devices' merchants

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for Soundboxes and QR devices acquisition and optimize activation

- Responsible for transaction growth of merchants - both with and without devices

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to improve frequency and AOV of transactions

- Own campaigns from end to end - manage targeting and segmentation, messaging, creative, measurement and reporting

- Monitor and report on performance of these campaigns against agreed KPIs

- Work closely with product team and define and execute requirements for improving conversion flows and new acquisition programs for merchants on paytm for business app

- Drive marketing decisions through quantitative results and A/B testing as well as qualitative research and customer insights

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of post MBA experience across growth/revenue/marketing at digital consumer businesses

- Experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns

- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, analytics tools - Appsflyer, Clevertap, Mixpanel

- Experience in defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements

- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
