Deputy Manager - Admissions
Roles and Responsibilities :
Support the admissions office in the end-to-end execution of the admissions process including :
- Guiding prospective applicants through the admissions process
- Organizing admissions datasets and providing regular analytics support to the team
- Reviewing application files
- Handling applicant queries
- Providing logistical support for the admissions selection process
- Communicating final decisions, and
- Organizing retention activities to ensure offered applicants enroll in the program
Competencies required :- Proficiency and comfort with data to organize and analyze large datasets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Deep understanding of the organization's culture and mission, academic programs, placements and other important aspects of the institute.
- Collaborative mindset
- Ability to work in a start-up like environment that requires proactive and creative
