Job Title: Deputy Manager - Accounts

Job Description:

Seeking for a highly qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team as Deputy Manager - Accounts. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in various aspects of accounting, with a strong focus on consolidation of accounts, statutory audit, ERP systems, IND-AS, and statutory reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Consolidation of Accounts: Lead the consolidation process for the company's financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.

- Statutory Audit: Coordinate and manage the statutory audit process, liaising with external auditors to ensure timely completion and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- ERP Systems: Utilize ERP systems effectively to streamline accounting processes, maintain data integrity, and generate accurate financial reports.

- IND-AS Compliance: Stay updated with the latest developments in accounting standards, particularly IND-AS, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in financial reporting.

- Statutory Reporting: Prepare and submit statutory reports accurately and within deadlines, complying with all legal and regulatory requirements.

- Financial Analysis: Assist in financial analysis and interpretation of data to support strategic decision-making processes.

- Team Management: Provide guidance and supervision to junior members of the accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

- Compliance and Risk Management: Identify potential areas of risk or non-compliance in accounting practices and implement appropriate controls to mitigate risks.

Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting and finance roles.

- Strong knowledge and experience in consolidation of accounts, statutory audit, ERP systems, IND-AS, and statutory reporting.

- Proficiency in using accounting software and ERP systems for financial management and reporting.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and communicate financial information effectively.

- Proactive approach to learning and staying updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations.

- Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
