Job Description

Basic Functions: Primary purpose of the Job & major expected results

- Ensuring timely and accurate month end close and reporting as per US GAAP

- Accounts Receivables review to ensure no overdues above 180 days.

- Assisting in Indian GAAP audit, timely closure of schedules and disclosures and resolving auditor queries.

Job Responsibilities: (Include Task and activities performed by the position)

- Preparation of month end journals

- CIB Accounting

- Review of accounts receivable ageing. Followup with person responsible for status and action plan.

- Review of allied accounts receivable and payable ageing. Followup with person responsible for status and action plan.

- Monthly reporting of US GAAP - Preparation of P&L and Balance Sheet analysis, inventory roll forward and ageing report, Debt template and other monthly reports as per US GAAP.

- Preparation and uploading of Earmsg reconciliations.

- Preparation of schedules as per Indian GAAP

- Assisting in Indian GAAP audit

- Accounts payable manager for Corp office, responsible for bills processing and payments

Desired Profile:

Knowledge, Skills, Experience And Competencies required for this Job:

Knowledge:

- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Indian GAAP

- Preparation of financials, accounting standards, liasioning with auditors

- Preparations of journals.

- Hands on experience of SAP or any other ERP pacakge

- MS Excel- Linking, pivot table and V Lookup

Skills:

- Good communication and inter-personal skill

- Good analytical skills
