The Role: Deputy Management Representative
Location: Kolkata
Reporting to: Management Representative
Responsibilities:
- Understanding the context of the organization, interested party expectations and responsible
for developing the Quality strategy, policies, processes, standards and systems for the
Company
- Ensure effectiveness of quality systems, procedures and/or processes within cross functional teams to ensure compliance and efficiency throughout quality system
- Evaluating and managing risks and risk treatment plans
- Setting up appropriate process controls and monitoring mechanisms
- Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization
- Develop, implement, and manage organizational objectives though key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area functional area / department
- Periodic review of process performance, KPIs and controls and reporting
- Ensuring effectiveness of root cause analysis and corrective actions for deviations from targets
- Ensuring adequacy of analysis of customer complaints, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and periodic reporting to senior management
- Developing mechanism for measuring customer satisfaction level and monitoring the level of achievement periodically
- Monitoring and improving business continuity arrangements
- Management of changes across the organization
- Ensuring non-conformities are minimized; manage audit non-conformities database
- Work as part of the Management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities and process and procedure improvements to optimize results and improve quality of delivery
- Interact with internal and external partners for development of best practices in quality systems and procedures
- Organizational knowledge management through effective documentation of policies and procedures
- Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet changes in context, interested party needs and expectations and the needs of external certification bodies
- Identifying opportunities of process improvement through system automation
- Ensure timely completion of periodic internal and external audits and recertification audits
- Liaising with auditors for periodic internal audit and with certification bodies for periodic external audit
- Reporting to top management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement
- Ensure periodic management reviews are conducted across all areas of operations as required by the standards
Other Responsibilities
- Administration and data management of third-party document management system
- Administrative support of Zoho CRM tool
- Administrative support of tool for customer satisfaction survey for entire organization
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- ISO 9001:2015 certified lead auditor
- ISO 27001:2013 certified lead auditor
- Project Management Certification preferred
Skills:
- Good communication skill
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Good project leadership skill
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 requirements
- Strong documentation skill
- Ability to listen and influence
- Ability to analyse and summarize information and communicate effectively
- Project management and organizational skills
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience
Compensation:
- Commensurate with profile
