(1)Employee Engagement :
(a) Manage circle level Employee Engagement planning & activity
(b) Create monthly engagement calendar and monthly engagement review
(2) Planning and conducting CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility) Activities in circle
(3) Employee communication
(a) Create employee communication platform to continuously update engage employees about latest information
(b) New Initiatives to energize & motivate workforce and fun at work activities
(c) Preparing circle level monthly HR Newsletter
(d) ESAT Score, Gallup Interventions
(f) Develop circle level strategy for ESAT (Employee Satisfaction) branding, awareness, and action planning.
(g) Adherence to survey timelines and score target
(4) Monitoring Quality plan for circle
(5) Reward and Recognition
(a) Organizing monthly Reward and recognition ceremony at circle level
(b) Adherence to Reward and recognition policy and managing circle 'R&R Budget Statutory compliance,
(c) Associates life cycle management.
