As a Dy Manager - Talent acquisition, you will be responsible for the following :
Talent Acquisition | Employee Engagement | Payroll & Compliance | Other HR Operations
Here's a detailed KRA list:
1. Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
2. Plan employee referral programs
3. Use HRIS, Recruitment Marketing tools
4. Source and find candidates qualified for open positions
5. Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
6. Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer tests, etc.)
7. Reviews employment applications and background check reports
8. Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process
9. Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops
10. Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
11. Suggest measures for improving employee retention
12. Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team
13. Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles
14. Attend career and college fairs, and similar events
15. Determine HR and recruiting KPIs
16. Create and present KPI reports
Also, you would be required to visit various cafes for skip level meetings with the staff to understand their problems/issues and would then be required to come up with plans to get rid of these issues.
