- Responsible to evaluate employee programs, recommend improvements to employee relations policies and ensure that all employee-related policies align with corporate goals and established regulations.
- To develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff member.
- Ensure that the new hire orientation process properly introduces new employees to the corporate culture.
- Deliver compensation and benefit comparison reports to the executive team each month and make recommendations to improve the company's current offerings.
- To handle all issues pertaining to human resource development.
- Oversee functions pertaining to Learning & Development, Training, Compensation management, File & Data maintenance etc.
- To maintain employee files & records related to health, payroll, issues, background checks etc.
- To measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction.
- To help reduce the employee turnover at company and attracting top talent to fill open positions.
